How it works

Yohimbine blocks alpha-2 receptors and albuterol stimulates beta-2 receptors; together they raise noradrenaline activity and heart rate.

No combination is approved. Separately, oral albuterol labels use 2 to 4 mg per dose and old yohimbine labels about 5.4 mg per dose. Each tablet here contains roughly twice those amounts.
