Overview

Dianabol is methandienone (methandrostenolone), one of the first oral anabolic steroids, developed in the 1950s.

How it works

It is a 17-alpha-alkylated testosterone derivative that activates androgen receptors and converts readily to a potent estrogen, which explains its water retention.
