Where is my order?
The tracking number is emailed within 72 hours of payment. You can also look the order up on the tracking page.
Can I add something to an order I already placed?
Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Send us the order number and what you want to add, and we’ll tell you the new total for your e-Transfer.
I sent the e-Transfer. Do I need to tell you?
No. Payments are matched to orders by amount and last name. Your tracking number follows within 72 hours.
