Overview
TNT 400 blends trenbolone enanthate with testosterone enanthate at equal strength in one oil. Because the ratio is fixed, changing the amount of one compound changes the other.
How it works
Trenbolone is a powerful synthetic androgen that does not convert to estradiol but acts on progesterone receptors; testosterone supplies the familiar androgenic and estrogenic effects. Both shut down natural production.

Clinical reference
There is no human prescribing information for this blend. Trenbolone itself was only ever licensed as a growth implant for cattle, and no fixed combination with testosterone has been studied in people.

Injection sites
TNT 400 is an oil for intramuscular (IM) injection: deep into a large muscle, never under the skin or into a vein. Our injectables are made in MCT oil, which is thinner than the seed oils many labs use, so it draws and flows through a 25G needle more easily.

Finding it. Place the heel of your hand on the bony bump at the top of the outer thigh, point your index finger at the front hip bone and spread your middle finger back along the hip crest. Inject in the centre of the V between the two fingers.
Why it is used. Current nursing guidance favours it for adults: a thick muscle under a thin, predictable fat layer, with no large nerves or vessels in the target area.
Watch out. The landmarks take practice; use a mirror or a helper the first few times.

Finding it. Divide the thigh between hip and knee into thirds and use the middle third, on the outer front surface.
Why it is used. Easy to see and reach while seated, with plenty of muscle and well away from the main nerves.
Watch out. Keep to the outer side: the femoral nerve and vessels run along the inner front of the thigh.

Finding it. Find the bony tip of the shoulder; the site is the thickest part of the muscle two to three finger-widths below it, in the middle of the outer arm.
Why it is used. Quick to reach and expose, which is why vaccines are given here. Suits small volumes only.
Watch out. A small muscle: larger volumes hurt. The axillary and radial nerves lie below the safe zone, so do not go low.

Finding it. The traditional upper outer quarter of the buttock.
Why it is used. A large and familiar muscle that older guides still show.
Watch out. Nursing guidance has moved away from it: the sciatic nerve and superior gluteal artery are close by and the fat layer is thicker. The ventrogluteal site reaches the same muscle group more safely.
Why these sites for TNT 400
Intramuscular (IM)- Largest muscles first. Short esters and high-strength blends are the oils most often reported to sting. The ventrogluteal and outer thigh handle them best; keep the deltoid for small volumes.
- Rotate widely. Short esters are injected more often, so spread injections across more sites, left and right.
- Warm the vial in your hands. Rolling the vial for a minute brings the oil to body temperature so it flows easily. Never heat it in water or a microwave.
Every time: wash your hands, wipe the vial stopper and skin with alcohol, use a new sterile needle and syringe, and never share. No. The ratio is fixed, so both compounds move together.

No, but it acts on progesterone receptors, which can cause similar side effects.
