Trenbolone is metabolized to a metabolite called methylcobalamin. Methylcobalamin is then excreted by the kidneys and excreted into the urine. This metabolite is excreted in higher levels when the kidneys are not functioning properly and produces adverse side effects.
When the liver is overproducing of Methylcobalamin and the kidneys are not functioning correctly, the Trenbolone side effects become more apparent. Liver failure can result in serious and life threatening side effects.
Trenbolone side effects can occur in adults, children, and in both sexes. When taken by females, they may cause vaginal discharge, breast enlargement and increased blood pressure, increased sensitivity to lights and sounds, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, increased appetite, fatigue, loss of memory, skin irritation, diarrhea, abdominal pain, changes in sexual function, and hair loss.

As a result of a reduction in testosterone, the male reproductive system is impaired as well. This occurs when the body cannot produce testosterone because the male reproductive system is not able to produce its own testosterone.
As a result of the decreased testosterone and a reduction in progesterone, the prostate gland does not produce enough testosterone to produce sperm, which is the organ responsible for producing sperm. Because of this infertility is the result of a decreased sperm count and an increase in infertility. Infertility can also occur when the body produces no sperm.
With all the damage and side effects of Trenbolone to the men’s reproductive system, the FDA banned it in 2020. Because of these side effects, doctors recommend that men who take Trenbolone should not use the drug if they have not been able to use it for at least three months.
